Cavtat is a jewel in Southern part of Croatian coast, just a short drive or boat ride from Dubrovnik. It has a unique geography with two” fingers” like peninsulas,made  of rock and pine tree forest, and the old town right in the middle.

The town center is a beautiful old Dalmatian town with traditional stone houses.. The location of the Villa ANDRO  is in the quiet heart of the city, and  you are so close to all the cafes and restaurants, to bus stop and harbour (regular lines to Dubrovnik and neighbouring islands.), bank, post office,market.



. Villa ANDRO  is a place that will extricate romantic you, a place where you can feel real taste of summer freedom.


.Villa ANDRO is out of traffic zone and set within a private enclosed Mediterranean  Garden  with a couple of dining tables in the shade of old trees,with terrace bathing in the sun, located just off seafront.


Villa ANDRO,holiday rental  is split into two separate private Apartments, each with two Bedrooms and two Bathrooms, Living room,with  two sofa beds. They are equipped with air-conditioning,SAT  TV,internet access and a separated  well- appointed  Kitchen..


  Apartments  have superb views    across  the bay  and harbour with ancient walls of  the Dubrovnik clearly visible in the distance. 
Price, Terms & Payment:
When booking,the customer is required to pay 3o% in advance and give the guarantee for balance of total amount.
The customer is required to pay the Sojourn tax when paying their accommodation.
The price of accommodation is given in EUR.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
 
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
 
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
