Description

Stunningly positioned atop a hill with a wonderful wide ranging coastal vista, these well equipped apartments place one in something of a Greek picture postcard setting. There is a beautiful large pool with a children’s pool, ample sun terraces, sun beds, sun umbrellas, and an stone poolside bar. A short stroll to one side of the gardens, is the families excellent Tavern, with its pretty blue painted chairs, check tablecloths, charming outdoor dining terrace, and delicious home cooked food and family house wine. The nearby little cove, Tersanas Beach, is some 800 metres away, a little more than a 10 minute stroll down hill, with a sheltered sandy beach, safe swimming and a little wooden snack bar. The six two-storey buildings with their pretty terracotta tiled roofs, which make up the Apartments, have bright gardens and shrubs and trees interspersed between them, which along with pretty stone walls, earthenware pots and crazy paving all add to the character. All units have air conditioning available at an extra local charge.

A: studios for 2 people, with one bed/living room with twin beds, kitchenette, shower/WC, and a balcony with sea views.

B: apartments for 2-4 people, with one bedroom, living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, kitchenette, shower/WC and balcony with sea or garden views.

C: apartments for 4 people, with two bedrooms, living/dining area, with kitchenette, shower/WC and balcony with garden views.

D: Two flats for 4-6 people, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor of the same building, with 2 bedrooms, (one with twin beds and one with double bed) another large room without a door, which has 2 further beds, a living room/kitchenette, bath/WC and balcony or patio .

In the nearby hamlet of Chorafakia, some 600 metres away, there are a few shops and tavernas, and a bus stop with a somewhat irregular service

Email, fax or letter – will be confirmed by us. Both parts are now full responsible after international rules of tourism,you should have a flight and the exact dates !!! You will get the contract + the payment conditions by fax + email – and send it signed immediately back to us by FAX or you can sign the email and send it signed back………………..Anyway you will get the contract by post.

In the moment receiving the contract in order to make your booking sure, you have to pay a deposit of 20 % of the total amount,minimum 200 EURO ,LAST MINUTE 100 %, transfer straight to our bank account

The balance of the total amount by banktransfer, 28 days before your arrival to our account.

We cannot be held liable for any failure in public utilities nor can we accept liability for any inconvenience discomfort or annoyance you may suffer, on building works being carried out on properties over which we have no control.

89 – 30 days 70 %

29 – 14 days 85 %

ARRIVAL TIMES in the accommodation are according the rules of tourism: arrival in the unit from 4.00 PM,departure until 12.00 AM. If this makes sometimes problems with your personal arrival time on Crete, we advice, to book according this times 1 or 2 days more !!! Together with your booking your will get a detailed description according your arrival place here on Crete how to find your way

Rates you get are valid according the total requested number of days, type of unit offered and the number of guests you gave us, including linen, towels, water, electricity and cleaning services once a week.
