LOCATION * Located on Spain’s Costa del Sol, on the coast between Estepona and Gibraltar * 2 minutes walk from several kilometers of un-spoilt beaches and 2 beach bars / restaurants * Supermarket – 2 km up the road * 3 miles from Puerto Duquesa & the stunning beach side town of Sabinillas, * 5 mins from the exclusive Sotogrande marina and within easy reach of Estepona * Within a few minutes drive are world championship golf courses, such as Valderrama, Sotogrande, San Roque and many others * Other activities include Water Park for the children, wild life park, riding, sailing, polo, diving, walking, culture and history * El Oasis has the advantage of being exceptionally easy to find - its grand white entrance arch cannot be missed from the coastal road (located between Puerto de la Duquesa / Sabinillas and Sotogrande).
PLEASE NOTE, before you read any further, Manilva / Puerto de Duqeusa & Sabinillas (all within 5 miles of each other) are not your typical British Holiday Resort, e.g. Magaluf or Benidorm, full of burger bars and fish & chip shops.
This area is very up market and has a lot of typical Spanish character, and is not frequented by Package Tours. If you like package tour holidays and do not like doing your own thing then Manilva is not the place for you!! Whilst this is an upmarket area the prices do not reflect the very expensive prices that you will find in Marbella & Puerto Banus.

What a great place! Not too far away from everything, but far enough for a peaceful retreat after a long day.
Both of the apartments we had are fully equipped for everything – BBQ’s, drinks, cooking a roast dinner; and such a luxury to have top class knives! We had fab weather and visited just a few of the places close by - the new water park in Algazeries, Gibraltar and the harbour in Duquesa.
The “Cubanga Beach Bar” is a must – just to the left of Duquesa Marina. They serve fresh fish of the day, and georgous paella, and lots of cocktails!! The food there is really good quality.
Overall all 12 of us have had a great time. Thank you Kay for your fast response to all of my emails about various different things – you are really so organised. We’d love to come back some time. “watch this space”… Carolynn & party
