Stay in a clean, comfortable and spacious one-bedroom apartment for as low as $28 dollars per night if you stay a month or $35 dollars per-night if you stay two weeks. The promotional rate is good for one or two persons.  Enjoy the convenience of staying in a safe building with 24 hr. security that is only half-a-block from Kennedy Park. Our elegant and recently renovated one-bedroom apartment is literally walking distance to the beach, trendy cafes, theatres, restaurants and pubs. No need to hire a taxi or rent a car.  To locate it, simply find the Crowne Plaza hotel, a five-star property, and we are literally around the corner!  Moreover, the spacious apt. enjoys plenty of natural light (hence the Hindu name) and consist of a good-sized bedroom with either a king or two twin beds; a wall-to-wall closet with plenty of drawers; an elegant living and dining area with a fully-equipped kitchenette and a grand bathroom.  For your comfort, I have added Internet service and Cable TV as well as weekly maid service with linen and towel change if you stay more than a week.  To rent the spacious apartment, simply e-mail me nawpaq@yahoo.com or call me at my California apt. : 619-297-3407 or if you are in Lima, call my administrator, Jenny, at 997-909-517 and she will assist you.  Again, the seven-day minimum rate is $265 dollars for one week (or $37 dollars per-night) with a substantial discount if you stay longer (see above rates).  We offer an all-inclusive rate; there are no hidden charges.  Moreover, Divali is large enough to accommodate two more persons.  Please let us know if that is the case.
