Stay in a clean and comfortable mini-apartment for as little as $21 dollars per night if you stay a month or $24 dollars per night if you stay two weeks.  The promotional rate is good for one or two persons.  Enjoy the convenience of staying in a safe building with 24 hr. security that is only half-a-block from Kennedy Park. Our quaint and recently renovated one-bedroom apartment is literally walking distance to the beach, trendy cafes, theatres, restaurants and pubs. No need to hire a taxi or rent a car!  To locate it, simply find the Crowne Plaza hotel, a five-star property, and we are literally around the corner.   Moreover, the fully furnished apt. enjoys plenty of natural light and consists of a bedroom, small bathroom, a living/dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen.  For your comfort, I have added internet service and Cable TV as well as weekly maid service with linen and towel change if you stay more than a week.  To rent the quaint apartment, simply e-mail me nawpaq@yahoo.com or call me in my California apt.: 619-297-3407.  If you are already in Lima, call my administrator, Jenny, at 997-909-517 and she will assist you.  Again, the seven-day minimum rate is $195 dollars for one week (or $28 per-night) with a substantial discount if you stay longer (see above rates).  We offer an all-inclusive rate; there are no hidden charges.
