Price, Terms & Payment:

Dec 15th till Jan 25th the price is $150 per night + electricity.

The price is $120 per night+electricity bill(by the meter)

April 1st till April 18th the price is $200 per night+ electricity bill.

July 1st till July 31^st the price is $150 per day+ electricity bill.

August 1st till August 31st the price is $200 per night + electricity bill.

September 1st till October 15th the price is $150 per day + electricity.

25% deposit is required in order to secure the apt.
