Susie and I are a couple in our 50's. We built a vacation / retirement home in Playa Negra, Costa Rica in 2006. We spent July and August of 2007 and 2008 in our new home, surfing. Susie is a teacher and has summer vacation. We rent our home in Playa Negra (aka Los Pargos) while we are back in RI.
Our rates are:
$50 per day with a 3 day minimum
$300 per week
$700 per month
Nov. 15 through Jan. 5 and Easter Week (Samana Santa)
$500 per week
$1500 per month
We require a 20% reservation deposit through Pay Pal.
A $100 refundable damage deposit along with the balance of the rent is due at check in.
