Refunds are only available for your first Vacation Rentals1on1 listing during the first month of service. No refunds are available on your second or subsequent listings.
To request a refund, please send your request to info@vacationrentals1on1.com and include your Vacation Rentals1on1 -listing number and name, and your reason for dissatisfaction.
If you renew your listing, you do so with the understanding that it will remain on line for one full year without refund. For information about selling your property or taking it off the market, please see the disclaimer page.
Many renters plan far in advance, and it is best to allow listings to run continuously on a year round basis - we do not offer to advertise properties on a 3, 6 or 9 month basis, our listing prices are set based upon the assumption that the listing will run for a full year.

All web addresses or links must reside only at the authorized "Links to more information" section of the ad. Email Addresses and Phone Numbers must reside only in the authorized locations within the listing. All other references to specific web addresses, web sites, email addresses or phone numbers are not considered acceptable content and may be removed WITHOUT NOTICE.
All content must be "family safe" and "G" rated. Ads may not contain vulgarity, or comments related to violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. All such references are not considered acceptable content and may be removed WITHOUT NOTICE. In the case of disputed content, the owners and operators of Vacation Rentals 1on1 will be the final judge to the appropriateness of the content.
