In the heart of San Ignacio, Cayo District, Belize, C.A.   A 4 minute walk to the famous San Ignacio Inn & Casino.   An  8 minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of downtown San Ignacio.  Minutes away from the Maya ruins and river and cave tours.


We are a fully equipped 2 bedroom house, with an extra fold out in the living room, for up to 6 people. The 2 bedrooms have their own air conditioner.  Fully equipped kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee perc, dishes and all utensils.  Fully fenced yard, with a grapefruit and plum tree in production.  There are 2 balconies upstairs to enjoy the shade of the trees and listen to the birds.
Price, Terms & Payment:

1 week, 7 nights= $375.00 USD

1month, 28 nights= $1400.00 USD

Plus a 10% Belize Tourism Tax

Deposit of 50% to book your reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
