Drive through a magical fern forest to your private piece of paradise, lovely Tudor style house just steps to private beach with breathtaking views. 50 feet from the ocean with 170 feet of private crushed shell beach, this very secluded, quiet 2,000 sq. foot 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house, with 2 fireplaces on over an acre of land has a large running creek and woods surrounding it. Neighbours on one side have 30 acres and the other 4. It is a unique, quiet, and friendly, rural neighbourhood.
The house has a large master bedroom with a king sized bed, ensuite and phenomenal views of the ocean. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs, one with views, a fireplace and another bathroom. On the main floor are the living room and the dining room and kitchen, all with fantastic views of the ocean. There is another fireplace, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave as well as high speed wireless internet and an intercom system.
Also, below the house, with nice views of the ocean, is a media room accessible through a separate entrance. It has a wide screen tv, bathroom, & a ps2. It is not hooked up to cable but there is a vcr & dvd player.
On the property is a separate studio guesthouse with private bath & shower, ocean views, microwave, sink, toaster oven and a queen bed. This can be rented separately or with the main house.
It is a five minute drive, or 45 minute walk, to the village of Ganges.
