Price, Terms & Payment:
Each property is individually owned and operated. Therfore, all rates are subject to change, except reservations made prior to rate change. The owners accept all major credit cards and require a valid credit card, for the deposit, no exceptions. Each owner of the one bedroom properties requires a 14 day notice for cancellations, and each owner of the two or more bedroom properties requires a 30 day notice for cancellations. Otherwise, the deposit is forefeited. However any cancellation made 2 or more months prior to your arrival date will be forefetied, even if you cancel with 14 or more days prior to your arrival. Cancellations, or no shows the day of, will be charged a two night minimum. Cancellations during a scheduled stay will result in forefeiture. The final payment is due no later than your scheduled arrival date, and for month or longer stays, the final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. THE DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TO YOUR TOTAL BALANCE. Per owners request, discounts for Seniors (65+), Civil Service Employees, Military, and Teachers must be requested at the time your reservation is made, or no discounts will apply.
