The condo contains three (3) private sleeping areas that consist of Master bedroom, Guest bedroom, and sitting room with a convertible queen size bed. The Living Room also has a convertible queen size bed. Altogether it can sleep eight (8) comfortably.
The kitchen has all modern conveniences, including dishwasher, refrigerator, large built in microwave and lots of storage drawers and shelves.
The dining area can seat at least six (6).
The living room area also contains a fireplace and a 42 inch HDTV. The convertible couch opens to a queen size bed.
The Master Bedroom has a king sized four poster bed, large spacious walk in closet and a mirrored sliding door closet. The desk is computer ready. A large TV is also available for your viewing. The Master bathroom has a large tub and a separate shower and a double sink.
The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, a mirrored sliding closet, a small TV and bureau.
The guest bathroom has a lovely shower and is beautifully tiled.
The sitting room consists of a queen sized convertible couch, a TV cabinets filled with games, CD's and videos for your listening and playing pleasure.
The interior atrium is skylighted and has outdoor furniture and is a great place to relax in the winter.
The condo has a new air-conditioning unit and there are six fans available throughout to circulate the air.
The Laundry Room has a washer and dryer and plenty of cabinets for storage.
The two car garage has one wall of storage cabinets. included in this area.
The floors are beautifully tiled, except for the Master and Guest bedroom which are carpeted.
There are three (3) telephones in the condo. Calls to Canada are free as are local calls. Cable comes into all TVs.
There is seating on the back patio. Shutters are on all windows and sliding doors.
Towels, sheets, dishes, glasses, etc. are all supplied for your convenience and for a pleasant and non-worrisome stay. The condo is extremely clean and has a homey and friendly atmosphere.
The winters are mild and it rarely rains. Mountain views prevail everywhere. Queen of the desert area, Palm Desert is a modern, bustling city filled with the latest in modern shopping centers, great restaurants and lined with magnificent trees and flowers.
